AVS  Conclusions

I made a number of movies along the way to show how the process had progressed over time.

    Fly-throughs
final-1.mpeg - Our final visualization using the ucla01b_mr field
        final-3.mpeg - A better rendering of final-2.mpeg
viz-lr.mpeg - A better rough draft where the camera still uses the low resolution medial axis, but looks ahead a few more  control points than in viz-lr1.mpeg. Here it is also noticeable the change in speed between control points which is fixed with reparameterization

    Others
bad-hr.mpeg  - A movie to show how well our camera smoothing worked. This was our first movie rendered using the medium resolution medial axis and clearly shows how much the camera bounces around unless we smooth out the medial axis points. The final renderings show this problem fixed
isochange.mpeg - This movie displays the use of the isocomponent in the isosurface module. The field shown is ucla02a_mr.
sideview-mr.mpeg - This movie is the camera travelling along side the artery using the ucla02a_mr field.
