Machine Learning for Healthcare
Our group seeks to advance the integration of data mining and machine learning with healthcare applications. We have studied and published on a variety of topics including in-hospital acquired infection prediction, multi-model EHR mining, time series classification, clinical note classification, and word embeddings. Currently, we are investigating irregularly-sampled time series modeling and sequential knowledge distillation.
