To create this project, I was assigned to read several comprehensive books, including Oracle 8i, Oracle 9i, JSP 2.0, and Programming World Wide Web, etc. Moreover, I also used online tutorials to enhance my understanding of database related programming. From this wonderful two-month internship at WPI, I learned how to use SQL (Structured Query Language) commands create tables, insert and select data in MySQL software. Moreover, I learned basic JSP (Java Server Page) syntaxes to create User Interfaces for WPI DSRG Web Page. With all this novel knowledge, I am able to accomplish my duty during this internship. I believe that interning at the Computer Science Department is a wondrous opportunity to gain excellent experiences and knowledge from the field of Computer Science.
